Kuwait clarifies Article 18 visa transfers before three years
Kuwait has set out the conditions under which private-sector workers on Article 18 visas can move employer before completing three years, including where the current employer consents.

Kuwait has clarified the routes available to private-sector employees on Article 18 residency who wish to transfer to a new employer before completing three years of service.
Transfer is possible in defined situations, most commonly with the current employer's approval, and in circumstances where the employer has failed to meet its obligations.
