Dubai's Emirati Human Resources Development Council has signed a partnership with Nissan to expand employment and development pathways for UAE nationals in the private sector.
The agreement reflects a wider move from quota-only Emiratisation towards sector-specific pipelines that connect recruitment, practical training and longer-term career progression.
Automotive, retail and technical employers can use the same model: define genuine roles, build a training bridge for early-career talent and measure retention after appointment.
这对雇主意味着什么
- Build Emiratisation around sustainable roles and career paths.
- Pair hiring targets with internships, mentoring and technical training.
- Measure retention and progression, not only initial appointments.
