Dubai's residency authority is highlighting a visit-visa route designed for eligible professionals exploring the UAE labour market. The single-entry visa can be issued for 60, 90 or 120 days without a local sponsor or host.
For employers, the route can increase the pool of candidates already available for face-to-face interviews. It is not permission to work: a successful candidate still needs the appropriate employment permit and status process before starting.
Recruiters should verify the candidate's visa type and expiry date, avoid promises of automatic conversion and direct applicants only to official government channels.
