- Own the group-wide people strategy across recruitment, L&D, C&B and ER.
- Partner with the executive team on organisational design and workforce planning.
- Build and lead a regional HR team across four GCC markets.
- Champion Emiratisation and UAE labour compliance across all entities.
What you'll bring
- 12+ years HR leadership experience, with 5+ years in the GCC.
- Proven track record scaling HR functions in multi-country environments.
- Deep knowledge of UAE labour law and Emiratisation requirements.
- Degree in HR, Business or related; CIPD / SHRM preferred.
